-Where did you purchase the game?
-Are you using any other mods alongside Wand?
-Are you playing in single-player or multiplayer mode?
-Do you see any error messages?
-Which specific mod options aren’t working for you?

Hey, 1) I purchased through CDKeys/Loaded, 2) in game mods yeah there's a fair few mainly just around unlocking spells, gear, brooms, cooldowns and a trial bug fix, 3) single player, 4) in game no error messages, 5) doesn't tell me which mod options, that's the only message i see
If you need me to list all the mods in game i have enabled, let me know 🙂
Have you tried clean reinstalling the app?
And would like to confirm if the one you purchased from CDKeys is for the steam version, xbox, or epic?
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
Steam version, I have not tried clean reinstall yet
