#Audio cutting in and out- sounding robotic

Hi in the last month using the Wand app is causing all audio on my computer for any game i play to sound robotic, stutter and cut out. Ive tried launching wand after ive opened the game through steam first, after ive played my games for a few minutes, ive also tried messing with my sound settings hoping to fix it there but to no avail im not able to fix this. its come to a point where audio is almost non functional and is severely disrupting my use.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

I have not tried that yet, I will definitely try it when I’m back on my computer. And it’s been cutting all audio no matter the game I played. It started very minor at first but has gotten severe over the last week.
