Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:

Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Like deleted all the files and it's saying that I can't delete a certain file so I tried using the command board thing from my laptop and it still does not let me delete the file It keeps saying access denied

Nvm figured it out I don't know if it's still going to work or not but figure out how to delete the flipping data
