My games disappeared

Hello, haven't used Wand in a while, but when i opened it, all of my games, expect Dead by Daylight disappeared from list of mods and when i tried looking for them, i needed to add them on my Steam account, but i already have them

Hi @soft marsh! Have you tried clean reinstalling the app?

Reinstall

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

i reinstalled Wand, but my games didn't showed up

Can you try running the Wand app as adminstrator and restart both device and app? Let's see if there's any difference after. And please let me see the current version of your app.

tried launching as admin, didn't helped, i'm running version 12.14.0

Can you also please check if your windows is updated - otherwise, you may try doing a windows repair. Please see instructions below:

Running Windows Update to make sure your system is fully up to date
Using the built-in System File Checker (SFC) to scan and repair corrupted system files
Running the DISM tool to repair Windows image issues
Checking the drive where your games are installed for errors

so, i've updated windows to the latest version, and my games returned, but i've noticed that i got a lot of command panels opened up simultaneously the moment i opened Wand

Can you please take a screenshot of it?

they're gone. they opened and closed immediately

i know it might be a sign of a virus, but they opened only when i opened Wand, and not with WIndows launch

Please also give a try on whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

i added them and re-opened Wand, command panels didn't showed up, but maybe i have to restart windows
