Re9 trainer mods not loading

In Wand the RE9 trainer was updated, I also updated the framework but when I hit launch game it does not launch the game. It says loading mods and never loads, I also tried to launch the game itself then the trainer at the main menu and still the keep getting the mods are loading cycle and they never load.

Game bought on steam, no other mods active, singleplayer, no error message, no mods are working trainer is in a mods loading loop.

I have used the trainer before and it worked

It worked before RE9 was updated, I did make sure to download the updated framework and I have tried to uninstall wand and reinstall it but that did not work.

Are you able to load in the previous version under the mod version tab?

I have tried to do that and it just says loading mods, also the game does not launch when I click play with mods the only time the game launchs is when I select play without mods

When you did the clean reinstall, did you follow steps like these and restart your PC afterward? Also, do you have any third-party mods installed?

Reinstall

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
