Allegedly no internet connection

Hi, for the past few days I've been having a massive problem with Wand. The website only loads after I've clicked refresh several times (on average, six times). The online installer can't connect and says my PC needs to be online? I'm not using a VPN, my firewall is set to Wand, and Windows Defender looks fine. I've already completely uninstalled Wand three times (including the folders in local/roaming).

Of course, I'm also having problems with Resident Evil Requiem. I can play, but the mods just won't load. I'm basically stuck in a loading loop.

Hey! Thanks for the screenshots, super helpful. Based on what we can see on our end, this looks like it might be a network issue.

A couple of things worth trying: have you considered switching to a different connection? Using your phone as a hotspot is a good way to test that. Also, have you noticed any issues with Cloudflare recently?

I had also thought about the network, but also discarded it again because otherwise I have no problems. Even the offline file (installation file) is downloaded problem. Whether there is possibly a setting of the FRITZ! Box can be? Hmm.. the funny thing is, a few days ago everything went smoothly. Maybe a Windows Update that gets in my way?
