Recently I started randomly having the issue where Wand will not open on my pc no matter what. I have restarted my pc many times and ran Wand with admin and ran the other .exe files in case it opens. Task manager doesn't even show Wand opening either.

Side note: Why is my username showing as anon... I have pro but unable to link account for some reason

Hey! Sorry to hear that you had this issue. Can you try linking your Discord account to your Pro account now? I believe it should work now.

As for your problem with the Wand installer, can you try downloading a new client from a direct link? https://wand.com/download/direct

Also please delete any Wand/WeMod folders by following the instructions below.

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
