I kind of ran into the same issue. I downloaded the latest RE9 Framework stuff and extracted the dinput8.dll into the game folder. I can launch the game and load into my save file, but it crashes after seconds

I can confirm that it's no the trainer that is causing my issue. I think it is due to the updated Framework file.
