The trainer on my PC is operating fine and until today the mobile app was working fine as well. From what i can tell i am unable to pair my phone to my PC, despite my phone saying it is connected my PC doesn't show it's connected. Below are the methods i have attempted to rectify my issue.
- Reconnecting in the app
- Uninstalling both apps
- Disconnecting from wifi and verifying both pc and mobile are connected to the same one
- Logging out and back in
- Turning off my VPN for both
- Disabling my firewall on PC
- Restarting both
To be entirely fair i've used Wand for awhile now and am very pleased that this is my first issue, however please help me fix it friends.
