The trainer on my PC is operating fine and until today the mobile app was working fine as well. From what i can tell i am unable to pair my phone to my PC, despite my phone saying it is connected my PC doesn't show it's connected. Below are the methods i have attempted to rectify my issue.

  • Reconnecting in the app
  • Uninstalling both apps
  • Disconnecting from wifi and verifying both pc and mobile are connected to the same one
  • Logging out and back in
  • Turning off my VPN for both
  • Disabling my firewall on PC
  • Restarting both

To be entirely fair i've used Wand for awhile now and am very pleased that this is my first issue, however please help me fix it friends.

I have connected to it via the website sent, however the error persists. "Open Wand on your PC" is the instructions it gives despite Wand being active on my PC.

@wintry fable When you have both apps open on the phone and pc does it say disconnect on the top?

Please ping me in your next response I'd like to try pairing my phone to your app if possible.

When you reinstalled the app, Did you restart the pc?

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

I did not delete those, let me attempt this and I will reach back out once it is done.

@wintry fable I see you've been with us for a while, Look for any old wemod related folders as well.
