#Unable to connect to the WAND

Hi @tardy cave! Thank you for sending this. Can you please try clean reinstalling the app?
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
The same mistake persists.

Go to settings and you'll see it on the bottom left part of your screen.

@tardy cave, one more thing! Can I please confirm if you are using VPN or wireless connection?
Let's please give try using VPN and try a different location to see if the mods will be showing or there will be any other difference.

But will I always have to rely on a VPN?
At the moment, the app seems to be working fine for most users, including on our end. It appears this may be an isolated issue specific to your setup or network that will be needing you to rely on VPN.
