Hello, tried searching the FAQs and Reddit but didn’t find a similar issue. I’m trying to utilize the Wand Maps for tracking of collectibles in game, but it will not let me log into Wand on the Pro Remote mobile app. I can use the pro remote to connect to my pc and adjust mods from my phone, but when I go to the map on my phone and check an item to mark it as collected, it brings a pop up to log into Wand. When I enter my info, it just keeps giving an error of “there was an error logging in. Please try again.”
I’ve tried deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling and it still gives the same error. I’ve also tried resetting my password and confirmed I can log into the website just fine.
One interesting thing I noticed, it doesn’t matter what I type in for the email or password, if I just type random letters and no actual email address, it still says the “there was an error logging in” message rather than saying the username or password is incorrect.
