2 no i only use it for victory road

3 i play singleplayer

4 yes i keep hitting the error i send in the previous screenshot

5 everything was perfectly fine i never had problems and all of the sudden it just doesnt open anymore

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
