Hi @stark rover! Have you tried doing a clean reinstall of the app? 
Reinstall
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
Yes I clean installed it
Can you please try launching the Wand app with GPU acceleration disabled. See below instructions and let me know if there's any difference after disabling the GPU.
Press Win + R, then copy and paste the line below and press Enter:
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Wand\wand.exe --disable-gpu
