wand wont open

the app just doesn't open nor does re-installing it or wiping stuff work if i try to download it again it just physically wont allow me to open it is this an issue on my end or the apps end?

Hi @static hatch! Can you try restarting your device and then try clean reinstalling the app?

Reinstall

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
