#Error when trying to Install the program?

Hello, sorry for putting this in the wrong place before.

so i have being trying to re download the program, cause i had a problem lately where the program won't open at all, so i uninstalled and tried to install again, but when i try to install it, it gives me this error, never happened before even though i have been using the program for a long time already, if someone can help me could be cool. thank u.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
