Hi, good evening. It's been a while since I last spoke here in the chat, but I'm asking for help again. I don't know what I'm doing wrong that I can't access my Wemod account. I've reset my password several times, and my email is the same as always, but I still get the message (invalid email/username and password). Even when I try to create a new account, I'm prevented by a message saying that I already have a registered account.

Please, if anyone from the support team is reading this, help me solve my problem, or just delete my current account so I can create a new one.

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

Uninstall Wand
Delete these folders:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Restart your PC
Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
