Hi @verbal locust! Have you tried clean reinstalling the app? Do you own or play DLC?
Also please answer below:
To assist you better, could you please share a few details? Feel free to skip a question if you've already shared the info.
-Where did you purchase the game?
-Are you using any other mods alongside Wand?
-Are you playing in single-player or multiplayer mode?
-Do you see any error messages?
-Which specific mod options aren’t working for you?
Yes to both of those
- Steam
- Aside from workshop ones, no (but the game can't be found so I doubt it's of any relation)
- Singleplayer
- Only the WeMod one
- All
Can I please confirm you also have try verifying the game files?
Step 1: Shut down Wand and Steam completely from your System tray, then run both as Administrator. Just right-click each app icon and choose "Run as administrator." If a pop-up asks for permission, click Yes.
Step 2: Verify your game files on Steam. Go to your Library, right-click the game, then select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files.
Step 3: Try the mods again and let us know if the issue persists.
I have
And this issue seems to be happening on all games, not just those 2 mentioned
So I think it's rather a hooking issue rather than a game issue
Hmmm, I might need more details... Can I please confirm you are using the latest version of the trainer?
Also have you tried disabling the overlay?
If there's a recording that you can pass on, please do sent it so I can pass it on to the team as well to inverstiagate further.
Yes
I think it's disabled, can't check right now
Is your system fully updated? Can you try running a windows repair?
You can try the following steps below:
Running Windows Update to make sure your system is fully up to date
Using the built-in System File Checker (SFC) to scan and repair corrupted system files
Running the DISM tool to repair Windows image issues
Checking the drive where your games are installed for errors
All of this was done
I can try checking the overlay when I can access the computer (might take a while)
Thank you for checking. If toggling the overlay doesn’t make any difference, it may be a Windows related issue. When Windows interferes at the system level, there’s only so much we can do from our side.
The best next step would be to try creating a new Windows user profile and testing it there to see if the issue still occurs.
Once again, I may not be able to access the computer today
