Can you try launching the game using the D2R.exe and not through BattleNet? Please note that this trainer will only work for offline mode/characters.

Also, once you are able to move in-game after launching the game through that exe, please press "Play" in the Wand app so that the mods would take effect.

From the video you shared, it looks like you’re setting the gold value beyond the game’s current maximum limit. Please try setting it below the max cap and see if that resolves the issue. Let us know how it goes.
