I cant even download the Wand-Setup

when i double-click on the Wand-Setpu it just happend nothing

Hey @lavish pebble There is likely something on your browser or antivirus from blocking the installer from running, Have you tried running it as an administrator?

You will just need to right click the installer and select run as administrator.

Hey JxRdaN unfortunately I’m not able to jump into any sessions right now. Have you tried restarting your PC? Also, which OS are you using, what antivirus do you have installed, and have you checked if anything was quarantined?

OS=10, antivirus just the normal windows antiV.

nothing is quarantined

Can you right click on the installer and go to your properties and click unblock under security? (if available)

Just to confirm have you checked your Protection History?
Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Protection history

You can also check Event Viewer for any entries showing it was blocked or quarantined:
Event Viewer → Applications and Services Logs → Microsoft → Windows → Windows Defender → Operational
