Warhammer 3 Edit Skulls not working

As titles says, when playing Warhammer 3 edit skulls does nothing, doesn't matter if it's new turn or skulls are gained or loss, the cheat changes nothing, I know the edit souls works, used it a couple of weeks ago, not sure what other edits might be broken as well

Reinstall

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

some of the other commands work like unlimited movement but not edit skulls

Playing Immortal Empires as Skulltaker

Are you playing or own a DLC? And may I confirm for the game's build ID?

Right clik the game in your library > Select Properties > Updates > Build ID at the bottom

As an update, did get it to work for Skarbrand, then tried it again later and it didnt work, then tried it again even later and it did work, so its been very fickle, just launched game with Wand and did the same thing everytime so its very random
