So i have had we mod/ wand for years now and i have just recently started to want to use it again but it will not let me log in on the app, I can on the internet but the log in button when pressed doesn’t go anywhere, I have reinstalled it to se wig it updates it but hasn’t I’m not sure what to do, any suggestions?

Trouble Logging In

Having trouble logging in? Try these steps:

Quick fixes:

Turn off any VPN you're using
Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version
Reset your password here: https://www.wand.com/forgot

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

Uninstall Wand
Delete these folders:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Restart your PC
Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
