Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Hey @slender anvil It’s loading normally on my side. Typically, this indicates something on the local network or PC (firewall/AV, VPN, proxy, etc.) is interfering with the connection.
