#Stopped working deleted it now it won’t install

Wand wouldn’t launch for me yesterday so I deleted and restarted my computer redownloaded it and still nothing no launch no error message no nothing, I’ve gone in and whitelisted it checked my antivirus and turned it off still nothing

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

When I try to whitelist none of the files come up for me

You could try a couple of quick checks:

First, is your Windows fully up to date? If not, please run any pending updates and restart your PC. You can also try running a repair on the app from the installer.

Also, are you able to run the installer itself, but the actual app won’t open afterward? FrogeDetective

I figured it out I had to go to settings in storage delete the application cause it wasnt showing in my files thats why it wouldn't download or open so i uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked
