i have no idea what to do, checked appdata it created crashdump logs

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

it doesn't see the app anywhere

i did it after a clean windows 11 install so i have no other apps that might stop it from working right?

Hey Judgement it’s likely something on your Windows side (or your antivirus) is blocking the installer. Please try restarting your PC and running the installer again. If it still fails, I’d recommend running Windows troubleshooting/repair steps to check for any corrupted system files.

i ran system repair, it says all files are there, and then i disabled defender, and it did not help, i restarted i reset my dns still just makes that file
