#App install wont make shortcut and cant find the app files either

Ive already tried doing a clean reinstall and all my anti viruses are either off or allow Wand/WeMod every time i want to use the app i have to re run the installer for it to open

I have already attempted this a few times and it unfortunately did not resolve my issue

Ive since been able to locate the app files it still wont make a shortcut and if i try to add it to the desktop myself it wont even open

Hi @upper thistle, can I confirm that you downloaded the app's exe through Wand.com? FrogePray

Yes it was through the website it worked originally and i had to uninstall it one day and since then I stared having this issue when I reinstall it even doing a complete clean reinstall it still wont make the shortcut

And wand is already whitelisted to your antivirus? @upper thistle

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Yeah I have it whitelisted already those folders included I will try the windows repair and see if that does anything
