as stated in title, software goes black when advertisement video refreshes. dragging mouse over the window does clear out the black but doesn't fix it. pausing the advertisement video makes it take longer to happen again but it eventually refreshes and software goes black again.

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Try this one:

Press Win + R, then copy and paste the line below and hit Enter:

C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\wand\wand.exe --disable-gpu

This will launch Wand with GPU acceleration disabled, which should fix the visual glitches.

And have you tried restarting your pc after reinstalling?

i did restart before installing. disabling gpu acceleration did work. thanks for the assistance ^^
