  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand

  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Hello @gilded swallow We tested this on our side after the latest update and everything’s working normally. If a reinstall doesn’t fix it, then something on your end is probably blocking the trainer from downloading.
