Good afternoon,
For a couple days now I've been trying to get my account back because apparently unable to get a reset password email due to my email provider. Today I got an email on my newly picked email that my account has been switched over to this newly made email. Yet when I changed "my" password and logged in, the username wasn't mine, my saved stuff is gone, and I was no longer pro, which to be clear, is my biggest problem here. I paid $69.99 December 11th, and this account is not pro, so somewhere out there my credit card numbers are floating around, and I'm very concerned about this.
