I have the latest version of the program and I have Steam and Epic Games, but every time I try to run a game, it loads and then the whole program closes as soon as the word "Playing" appears.

I've tried everything I can, and every time I get the same program crash. This is my first time using the program, and I don't know what to do.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

I did everything you told me to do. I completely removed the program from Windows and user files and reinstalled it, yet the problem recurred.

The same thing happened the first time.

When the game is launched from the program, it downloads. Upon reaching the word "Playing," the Steam program launches, the game opens, and the program closes completely.

What should I do? Is there a solution, or does this mean the program won't work and I should look for a similar alternative?
