Hello, since yesterday when i start a game in wand, it stay in loading and never start.
Can i do something ?
Same for every game

Hi! Can you tell me which games you've tried this with and where you bought them? Also, are you using a VPN?

In the meantime, try adding exceptions for the Wand folders.

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
