because since the last 3 updates wand dont work

- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

the app starts but wehn i lauch a gaem it loads mor that 10 houres. i tried it and let my pc for 10 houres loading
I see! We’re aware that some users have recently been getting stuck on loading, and we’re actively investigating those reports. Just to check were you using the app back when it was still called WeMod, before the Wand rebrand?

Have you checked your AppData folders for any leftover WeMod files that might still be hanging around? Also, could you confirm the version number of your app? You can find it on the Settings page within the app.
Could you opt into the beta and see if anything changes once it prompts you to update?

Have you tried using a VPN, or running a Windows repair, to rule out something on the system/network side blocking it? It’s very possible your network settings or antivirus is preventing the download.
