#Wand installer will not run

i have tried everything can think of but I can not get the installer to run at all.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Sorry to hear that the issue is still ongoing on your end. Can you send in a short screen recording showing you starting the Wand exe installer and the entire process?

I would love to show you me starting the installer, but I click the exe to start it then my mouse get a loading wheel for a second and thats it, it does nothing

And what annoys me is I was able to get it to install on my regular laptop no problem, but not my rog ally. But when it was wemod I had no problem putting it on my rog ally

Compatibility

Wand is currently only compatible with single-player games available on PC. It is not supported on mobile, consoles such as PlayStation or Xbox, or on handheld devices like the Steam Deck.

It worked on my rog before, my rog is a windows computer

It's not the xbox ally just a regular rog ally

So because you changed from wemod to wand the rog is no longer compatible?

Had to reformat my rog but it installed finally
