so i downloaded the re8 zip and it says go to the game files and put it in "files" but what files there isnt any file amed files so do i need to make a new folder put re8 zip and the unzip it?

HI @stoic reef, no need to make new folder, just extract dinput8.dll directly to the game/Content/folder

Quick Installation Guide

Step 1: Download RE8.zip
Download the RE8.zip file from GitHub.

Step 2: Find your game folder
Locate where Resident Evil Village is installed

Step 3: Extract dinput8.dll
Extract ONLY dinput8.dll from the zip file directly into the Content folder (same folder as the game's .exe file).

Step 4: Launch the game
Start Resident Evil Village and the trainer should work.
