Having trouble logging in? Try these steps:
Quick fixes:
- Turn off any VPN you're using
- Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version
- Reset your password here: https://www.wand.com/forgot
Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Wand
- Delete these folders:
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
- Restart your PC
- Download fresh from https://wand.com/download

did all this still not working
When you performed the clean reinstall did you remove all old wemod related folders as well and restarted.
Yes didnt even have it installed on this pc (got a new one)
Can you confirm your app looks similar to mine.
You are using a super old installer. Please follow the links from earlier when you are downloading our installer.

You mentioned this is a brand new PC? The only way you’d have that template is if the older installer was run on it, or if the app was already on your PC before the changeover.
When I downloaded it from the website this is the one that they downloaded....
When you’re looking for these folder paths, please check for any WeMod folders as well. If you’re familiar with Revo Uninstaller, it’s a great free program that can help remove residual files.
