been trying to log in the app but cant keeps saying incorrect password or email. Well I have changed the password and still saying the same thing. I can log into it on the site but not the app.

Having trouble logging in? Try these steps:

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

  1. Uninstall Wand
  2. Delete these folders:
  • C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
  • C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  1. Restart your PC
  2. Download fresh from https://wand.com/download

You are using a super old installer. Please follow the links from earlier when you are downloading our installer.

You mentioned this is a brand new PC? The only way you’d have that template is if the older installer was run on it, or if the app was already on your PC before the changeover.

When I downloaded it from the website this is the one that they downloaded....

When you’re looking for these folder paths, please check for any WeMod folders as well. If you’re familiar with Revo Uninstaller, it’s a great free program that can help remove residual files.

Well you are still on an old version of the app. The only way that can happen is if all files weren't removed

Make sure you remove any folders that end in WeMod also
