#Wand is no longer loading any Mods

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with the Wand app.
Can you try giving it a clean reinstall? Please follow the steps as intended.
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
i did this twice and a third time on a new harddrife. i checkt my network and my firewall. i turned firewall and antivirus off to check and make a reset of my network. so i dont have a clue what to do

Hey @fallow ether , can you tell me which specific games are these, and what platform did you purchase them from?
i testet it on Kingdom come Deliverance 2, subnautica both games, quarantaine Zone and Star Rupture. its both Steam and Epic

my network works finde. i dont use a vpn

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand

Have you had a chance to try all of my previous suggestions? As I mentioned before, issues like getting stuck on loading are usually caused by Windows or your antivirus blocking the trainer from being downloaded.
when ure programm runs normal on day 1 to day 10 and u make no change in the system in any form and on day 11 it stops working what woud be the problem?

Unfortunately, when our suggested steps don’t resolve the issue, we’re very limited in the support we can offer. I did read what you said, but you didn’t mention whether you’ve tried using a VPN, creating a new Windows profile, or checking Windows for broken files you only noted that your network is fine and you don’t need a VPN.
so as i say. windows works fine and make no updates because i shose time and day to update windows. my pc runs 24/7. No VPN is in use. My Network runs fine make no update and i make no change to it. The Firewall ore Antivirus can not be the problem because i turned them bothe off and try the mod.
and yes i try a reset on windows and my system. a point last week where everything works fine. and i have the same problems with the mod
so its 100% not a problem from my system
and other people have the same problem
that i showing me that its a problem of the Mod WAND and not a system side problem
So no answer?
I took another look at your case, but like my colleague mentioned earlier, we’ve really exhausted our list of known fixes for this one. I wish I had a different answer for you, but since those steps didn't work, we're officially at the limit of what we can troubleshoot from our side. 😔
