Reset Password Link Not Sending to Email - Problem

Hello,

1. I Went to https://wand.com/forgot
2. Entered Email, I received the "We have e-mailed your password reset link!"

However I didn't Receive the Link, I have checked the Inbox & Spam Folder but no Reset Email.
Can I please get a reset Link?
