#Wand no opening since last update

- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

i also have been reporting since last year that anytime i delete the program never saves my mods ... that for me is still not fixed, so if i delete i will loose all again and have to tweak each game
i have the cloud sync all perfect but never worked talked many times to support about this
Yes, that’s normal behavior for most apps. Deleting residual files doesn’t just remove leftovers it also clears any stored history and presets associated with the app.
so it won't download all the games i configured from the cloud?
What do you mean by “download all the games from the cloud”? Just to clarify, we don’t support cloud gaming. The game must be installed and stored locally on your device for our trainer to work.
