AV Exception

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Are you using a VPN? There is likely something on your network or PC blocking it.

No im not, im trying to restart my Router, and if that not work im planing to check the Routers Firewall but I have no hope it will work.

#

i finally was able to reinstall but still it wont load any mods, it stuck at "Loading"

#

well, sadly im canceling my PRO, i tried everyting even opening all my ports trough router aswell as even disabling routers Firewall nothing works... i liked the app but if its not working anymore and i have absolutly no idea whats wrong. The issue i suppose is not on my side since theres nothing that could block it no firewall, no antivirus, no blocked ports, NOTHING.

Maybe if it will work in future again i may consider purchesing again.

I’m really sorry you’ve had this experience, especially after trying so many steps. I understand why you’d want to cancel.

Based on what you’ve described, this does sound isolated to your network route/ISP path (even if local firewall/ports/antivirus are all disabled). One quick way to confirm is to try a different network path.

If you have a VPN available, could you turn it on and try again to see if the results change? Even a quick test helps us confirm whether it’s a routing/ISP issue.

If it starts working again in the future, we’d be happy to have you back
