Having trouble logging in? Try these steps:
Quick fixes:
- Turn off any VPN you're using
- Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version
- Reset your password here: https://www.wand.com/forgot
Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Wand
- Delete these folders:
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
- Restart your PC
- Download fresh from https://wand.com/download

How I got here: Trying to mod an xbox360 Halo CE Anniversary save with Horizon. I transferred save to PC and open it with device explorer, but there's nothing inside the save to extract as with with other Halo games. So researched and ended up here. I will purchase the tool if it's actually compatible, but skeptical because Horizon says it's compatible, but it doesn't seem to work (I've modded saves for other Halo games via Liberty - though it's been years).
Horizon has been discontinued for years, so we no longer provide official support for it. You’re still welcome to ask in the community forums, where some long-time members may be able to help.
Can wemod do this?
Wand is PC-only and doesn’t support Xbox 360 games. It works with PC versions from platforms like Steam, Epic, PC Game Pass/Microsoft Store, Ubisoft Connect, and similar.

Guess that brings me back to the login issue
On the site I got an error saying I'm rate limited and temp banned. I literally just changed my password (because it's been years since I logged in) and not using a VPN.
