Even with no mods actually enabled, whenever the trainer is enabled on Fallout 4 all my weapons are not reducing in ammo and not reloading.

I've done some testing on this and it seems to actually be when the "free crafting" mod is enabled, and it causes unlimited ammo

Only mods used are cosmetic mods like ones that clean locations in game.
It is only the "free crafting mod" on Wand that then sets the ammo to infinite with no reload.
