Games saying firewall is not letting wand through

I just got a new computer and i am trying to play a game with wand but it pops up saying the firewall is blocking it. I then when into the security settings and allowed wand private and public access but it still isnt working?

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

i whitelisted the local folder but it wont let me do the second folder

i tried typing it in and it didnt work and i wasnt able to find it

also, it works for some games fine but some wont let me

You may need to show your "hidden items" to see that folders location in file explorer.

i have found the roaming file, but i cant find anything that works as something i can whitelist as the only thing in these are empty folders

Are you playing both games on Steam? If you haven’t already, try verifying/repairing the game files. Then relaunch both Steam and Wand. Launch the game from Steam first and wait until it has fully loaded, then Alt+Tab to Wand and click Play.
