WeMod for multiplayer

I know the title may sound like and immediate no but just give me a chance and read this. Singleplayer games are good but some arent fun even with mods. Multiplayer games are good but if you add mods that dont...like... harm players? hurt players? i cant find the word but that make it fun instead of mods that arent fun to other people. Like give the best item to a whole server. Something nice instead of like you have god mode on and instant ban or kick on kill mods. Thanks for your time if you read this. -MSG
