Hey @austere bough That message definitely wasn’t from us — we don’t have anyone by that name, and we don’t direct users to Discord for account-related support.

Can you confirm what email address you’ve been communicating with (and if possible, share a screenshot of the sender/address)? Also, as a precaution, I strongly recommend running a malware/virus scan on your PC, since this sounds like it could be a scam/phishing attempt.

Just a heads up our only official support site is https://wand.com/support/en, and this Discord server is our only official Discord community. Anyone you spoke with or any link you clicked outside of those was not a Wand representative.
