Cyberpunk 2077 Cant get arm or leg mods

Hey so I guess i fricked up, with cyberpunk, i've been going mad for the last hours trying to figure out why i couldn't get the arm and leg mods, but i've seen someone mention that the mods can bug or break the game when used, so just wanted to see if anyone have a solution or do I have to start from the beginning and not use mods for a while
