Greetings - longtime Wand (WeMod) member, playing BL4 now [wow]. I apologize if the is the wrong forum to ask about this, but - I'm not that experienced with Discord (despite keeping a server locally). I have a question - an aspect of the game does not work properly when I am running Wand. It's not a failing mod, nor is it a crash. It is a game feature that stops working if running Wand.

I imagine that others have run into this - but can't find much info beyond the boilerplate "restart game", "re-install.." etc... answers.

THe SDU (Storage Deck Upgrade) system will not work for me when I am using Wand, meaning that when I try to upgrade anything - the screen quickly resets and no upgrades are applied. Works fine when not running Wand, but frustratingly fails when running Wand. It is really the "lost equipment" slots that I want to increase, but the lowest levels/defaults always apply and upgrading is impossible.

Again - I apologize if this is an inappropriate use of the Discord server. I honestly couldn't find a way to inquire about game issues that are related to running Wand.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, and - Isn't BL4 pretty wild!??? 😉

I tried to submit an issue but the reporting system (via ? on Wand panel) is somewhat restrictive - with prefilled multiple choice questions that frankly don't facilitate reporting cases where game features are broken/affected when running of Wand.

Cheers! Stephen F

From what I know, this is a known interaction in Borderlands games. The SDU system relies on strict validation of money and inventory values, and mods that continuously modify or freeze currency can prevent upgrades from applying, which causes the screen to reset.

As a workaround, temporarily disabling Wand (or any money-related mods), purchasing the SDUs, then restarting the game usually resolves it.

the max number for SDUs is 3225...it should not reset if you purchase all and keep the value in WAND....from my Experience
