cannot even log in

as titled. i was trying to log in when the app saids wrong password or username. Then i went to reset it and tried again with the same result. repreated this process a few more times with different passwords and even usernames on website still doesnt work on the app. please help

2. Delete these folders:

3. Restart your PC
4. Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
