Feed back for canceling pro was quite limited so I wanted to provide more feedback here. As an upfront note I use wemod because I have kids and it makes gaming more enjoyable with the limited time I have, so I have zero concern for all the advanced features that wemod concerns itself with developing and putting out.

I don't know how long I have used wemod and it doesn't particularly matter. However it has been a while and the service has definitely changed over the years. There used to be more emphasis on keeping cheats/mods up to date and it seems that has been lost as you can wait a week or so for support to confirm that mods are broken with testing taking place. At that point you are told they are working (when they really are not) or you wait another week or so for the mods to be updated. So honestly it feels like I am wasting time waiting for things to be updated. I know there is an issue with a limited number of modders, but maybe we should focus on developing mods/cheats over an app.

It seems to me personally that wemod is more concerned with its image (name change), the app development, and all the features it can cram into the app over keeping mods up to date. I think its time to get back to priorities of what wemod is here for personally.

This is my opinion, I have no interest in singling anyone out or creating conflict. I would just like to see mods prioritized over all the other noise and it doesn't seem like that is going to happen so I have canceled my pro membership.

Hey Sidewinder1340,

Thanks for taking the time to write this out. I’m really sorry you’ve felt like you’re spending more time waiting than actually enjoying your games, especially when your gaming time is limited.

You’re not wrong that things have been a bit slower lately. December tends to hit hard with holidays and people taking time off, and that has affected turnaround times between reports and updates. That said, we know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating when a trainer/mod is broken and you’re stuck waiting. We’re genuinely sorry for the gaps between “reporting” and “fixing.”

We’re already taking steps to improve this going into the new year. We’re bringing on new hires and expanding the team so we can test, verify, and push updates faster and more consistently for you and millions of others.

Also, I hear you on priorities. While we’ve recently made some major changes (the shift from WeMod to WAND, plus updates to the app’s look and layout), we don’t want those changes to come at the cost of what matters most: keeping mods working and keeping our Pro members satisfied. Your feedback is very important to us.

On a personal note, I’m a father of three, so I completely get the “limited free time” part. When you finally get a moment to sit down and play, the last thing you want is a broken trainer and to wait a week for something to be updated. If you’re open to it, feel free to share a couple of the specific games/mods you’ve been running into the most issues with. I can pass those along directly so they get extra eyes on them. Either way, I appreciate you being honest with us, and I’m sorry we didn’t deliver the experience you were paying for.
