#Dispatch dialogue pause working correctly?

It appears paused, but then the scene continues to play out and it just jumps to the next dialogue choice if one hasn't been picked

The problem doesn't seem to always happen. But it does seem very finicky. And it also seems to pause on quick time events if you have them turned off, and Aunt proceed until quick time is turned back on
