It seems when easy crafting is active, omni tools cannot be upgraded for whatever reason. Also, it seems that the science analyzer reverts back to 1 after using the mod table and closing out the game.

We do not support or condone the use of our trainers in multiplayer environments. I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.
