If you take a look at the video it shows i can not open tthe app i have tried this before with my anti virus off and still nothing. Ive done many things that were suggested to me through support yet nothing worked. I have made a complaint with this before but i wanted to show proof and if you can not see the video please let me know on who or where i can show this too?
